This 5-bedroom villa in Karjat is perfect for large groups looking for a getaway which is at a short distance from Mumbai. Each bedroom comes with a shade of its own and features a king-sized bed, AC, TV, and spacious attached balconies. The villa also features many amenities like projector for movies, table tennis, a pool table, a 5-seater jacuzzi that comes with the outdoor pool for ultimate relaxation, foosball & poker table that will make your stay even more fun! Outside, there is a heated pool where guests can enjoy a dip and also 5 seater steam room to relax later. A sprawling garden with a swing and patio with deck chairs is located by the pool. There is a huge terrace with many comfortable seating arrangements. The villa offers barbeque meals, and al fresco dining making it the perfect getaway in Karjat.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
– A barbecue meal is available at an extra cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– The jacuzzi can be used at an extra cost of Rs. 2,000 per session of 3 hours.
– The steam rooms can be accessed by the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 2,000 per session of 45 minutes for 5 people.
– The heated pool can be accessed by the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 3,000 per booking. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for the same.
– Outdoor and indoor screening can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 2,500, per day.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 trained dog on request at a charge of Rs. 5,000, per day.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, pool area, couches, or blankets.
Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favorite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
