The villa has three ensuite bedrooms, all located on the first floor.
All the restful, minimal bedrooms are bathed in neutral tones and include tasteful wooden king-size beds with patterned wooden headboards and upscale furnishings.
We’ve provided deluxe mattresses for you to sink in. With 100% cotton linens and plush pillows, we only hope you dream better!
Enveloped in nature, the bright and spacious master bedroom with its high, sloping ceilings features end-to-end, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors along its periphery, from which you can step out to the gorgeous 180° wraparound terrace and rejuvenate your senses to the core with stunning, panoramic views of the lush, natural environment! Other stylistic accents include a dreamy canopy bed, a smart LED television that emerges from the console at the push of a button(!!!), and a spacious ensuite bathroom! It also features contemporary, oversized lounge patio furniture on the rooftop terrace!
All private bedrooms also come with an ensuite bathroom, with 2 out of 3 rooms featuring lofty glass sliding doors that open out to the adjoining terrace space, housing oversized planters with teeming foliage!
Each bedroom additionally showcases a smart LED TV, split air-conditioner, ample closet space, ceiling fan, abundant ambient lighting, bedside tables, table lamps, and glass sliding windows or panes that open out to let in sunlight and fresh air and catch a glimpse of the breathtaking, verdant landscape!

Guests will have full and private access to this boutique property! This includes the villa’s 3 private bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms, as well as another washroom in the TV room, open-plan living and dining areas, a kitchen, a private outdoor swimming pool, a covered pool patio with a lounge area and alfresco dining, a sunset terrace, and manicured gardens!

Please note that there is a slight glitch in the location, which I am unable to correct. The villa is located near Big Fat Sandwich in Anjuna, North Goa.

Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.

We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose, the host’s approval is required.

There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8–10 hours.

A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout.

Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.

Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.

Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.

Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be charged.

We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties; other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc. are all on request.

The BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
