Answer: It depends. Some properties we rent ourselves for their character, location, and charm. Other properties are the owners secondary home that is typically vacant most of the year. Either way, we always make sure that the location meets our checklist of brand compliance and comfort before we open its doors to travelers.

Answer: Most of our bookings are instantly confirmed. If it is not confirmed instantly, you can expect a confirmation call within a few hours. If you have any questions, our concierge team is available to assist you.
Answer: We want to make your arrival experience is as seamless as possible and in order to do so, we need to get some paperwork completed before you arrive, including collecting a picture of a government issued id and, yes, a selfie. We do this to verify identity and ensure the safety of our guests in all of our homes.

Answer: In most cases, a Caretaker/ Vivanta Stay’s representative will be present to welcome you. However, we will also send you instructions on how to enter your Vivanta Stay, 24 to 72 hours prior to your arrival.
Answer: Across all Vivanta partner homes, the standard check-in time is 2 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM.\n\nAll requests for early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.\nEarly check-in between 12:30 PM and 2 PM, if at all possible, is complimentary.\nEarly check-in between 7 AM to 12:30 PM is chargeable.\nLate check-in is allowed up to 10 PM. However, some of our villas are remotely located and a late check-in beyond 5 PM is not allowed.\nLate check-out between 11 AM and 12 Noon, if at all possible, is complimentary.\nLate check-out between 12 Noon and 2 PM is chargeable.\nBeyond these timings, guests will be charged the full amount for an extra night
